The American Media: The Problem

We can’t control the creeps that run for office in this country and we can no longer depend on the American Media to out them.

IMO, here’s why:

Ratings driven by the advent of the world wide web. It’s been happening for years, culminating with that psychopath who not only is threatening to turn our democracy into a country ruled by fascists, but the American media has been helping him since he came on the scene.

They just LOVE him and his maga characters that make for such clickable sound bites. Now THAT’S entertainment!

The first debate offered more proof. CNN did not fact check that lying psychopath and the post mortem on MSNBC ?

Skewered Biden.

Laughed at Biden.

Shook their collective heads over Biden’s performance.

Wanna bet they got the ratings they hoped for when they opted out of fighting for our democracy and opted in for clicks and likes? May they gag on their performances that night. Shame on ALL of them.

Anyone wondering why people are fleeing mainstream media for these so called ‘citizen journalism’ sites — likely no better and likely less reliable- the behavior of these so called mainstream journalists is reason why.
